I’m a current client. Do I need to start over?
No. Use “Current client access” to continue through your existing portal. Use the same account for documents, messages, and available signing requests. If a tax year or document is missing, ask TNT to check the account before creating another one.
Can you help if I haven’t filed in several years?
Yes. TNT offers prior-year tax preparation. Start with the years you need help with, and we’ll work through the records needed for each return. Filing methods and available records may differ by year.
Can I work with TNT remotely?
Yes. You can begin through our TaxesToGo intake link and book a remote appointment. Your client hub brings together the portal, a preparation checklist, and appointment booking.
What should I gather before getting started?
Start with identification, income documents, your prior return if available, and records related to your household or business. Use “Start my taxes” to build a checklist for your situation. Submit sensitive documents only through the designated tax-intake service.
How much will my tax preparation cost?
Contact TNT for a service-based quote for your return and tax years. Review the scope, preparation charges, and any optional third-party fees before agreeing to services.
Does “accepted” mean my refund has been paid?
No. Filing acceptance and refund processing are different stages. Check the IRS or your state’s official refund tool for refund updates. Any bank-product decision or funding update comes from the applicable provider.
I own a business. Can you help throughout the year?
TNT offers bookkeeping and business support in addition to tax preparation. Book a conversation to discuss your records, goals, and a suitable service arrangement.
